Reservation Policies

Reservations are accepted 7 days a week 24 hours a day by using the following services:

  • Godfrey Fitzgerald Mobile Apps from the Itunes or Google Play Stores
  • Yelp
  • Facebook
  • Call-in ( Business Hours Only)

A credit card will be required to reserve your appointment. However,  at the time of service, you may pay with the credit card used to hold your reservation or select another form of payment.

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for payment of services and products.

Gratuities are welcomed in cash only.

Guests have the luxury of cancelling or rescheduling an appointment for no charge up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment.  Appointments not rescheduled or cancelled will be charged a 25% service surcharge.   We are happy to allow a 15 minute grace period to arrive to appointments on time.  Every effort is made to accommodate late arriving clients.  However, it may be necessary to reschedule a late arrival so we do not inconvenience the next appointment on our schedule.

To assist our guest with appointment reminders, Godfrey Fitzgerald gladly confirms appointments either via text message or email.  We no longer confirm appointments by phone.  When reserving your call-in appointment, please indicate your preference for either SMS or email confirmation to our Client Relations desk.  When reserving online, you may select your reminder preference while making your appointment.

Each Client Service is unique.  At Godfrey Fitzgerald, we strive to provide  impeccable service to all our salon guests.  However, if for any reason our guests request an  adjustment to  their cut or colour service within
7 days of the original appointment, we are happy to accommodate you at no additional charge.
